(From Michael at Maggiano's) Maggiano's will be partnering with Flat 12 Brewery on May 2nd, 2012 at 6:30pm for a Four-Course Beer Dinner Event. Location is at Maggiano's Little Italy, 3550 E 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240. We will be featuring (4) of Flat 12's Craft Beers including: Upside Down Blonde Ale, Walkabout Pale Ale, Lacto-Matic Milk Stout, and Tangerine Porter paired up with flavors created by Executive Chef Garza and his culinary team. Pricing is $60.00 per person. Must be 21 and older to attend, reservations required (317) 814-0727.

We are close to removing Bombshell Brown from its whiskey barrel for possible availability on Kentucky Derby Saturday. And, we have Bayside Dreams (California Common), Ghost King IPA, and Apocalypto Barleywine in fermenters preparing for release, as well. Let's Party!

Triton Brewing Company is very excited to welcome Mike Hess to our production staff! Hess has been with Barley Island for more than 8 years. Triton Brewer and co-Founder Jon Lang worked with Mike at Barley Island for five years before Jon left to help found Triton Brewing Company. Mike took over the Head Brewer responsibilities for Barley Island when Lang departed more than two years ago. Triton Master Brewer Jon Lang remarked about Hess coming on-board, "We are very excited to have Mike join the Triton Team. He has an impressive work ethic, he is a great brewer and a heck of a nice guy." Hess will start with Triton Brewing Company on April 30.
