CONTEST: Two Tickets to King David Dogs Beer Dinner (Nov 19th)

Check out the event information below. KDD has also given us two tickets to distribute, so we are having a contest. In the comments section, pick a course and tell us what beer you would pair with it. We will randomly draw a name from those participating and you will have two tickets. Contest will close on Sunday, November 10th, and the winner will be notified by Tuesday, November 12th, so that you have a week to plan your diet.

  1. Doesn't get better than Dogfish Head Sah'tea with a cheese plate to finish off the evening in style!

  9. Oh, man. I'm not good at pairings. I'd probably stick with what I know I like: The Goliath with a Wee Mac!

  10. I'd pair the Dogfish Head Namaste with the Goliath. It's light and citrusy and it'll help wash down that huge dog.

  11. SKA Autumnal Mole Stout with the KD Poutine! Spicy, rich, and homey comfort food/beer.

  13. 'Oude Tart' from the Bruery, paired with the cheese plate, as it is one of my favorite beers and I think the stone fruit and sourness would both match well with the fromage... and be a good way to close out a fairly rich meal. Beside that, my beer budget was recently decimated and I wasn't able to pick up any of the freshly delivered bottles at my local Crown Liquors!
